the long training that became short

Was rainy but mounted a seatpost and seat on my Flash and took som good clothes on me before rolling down to town and meeting the others from Fløyen MTB. 6 people who left for the XC course in Åsane. But only came a minute or two from the meeting place before my frontwheel was flat Tried with Vittoria Pit Stop but it didn’t work, and seems to have been some stans in it before too. Just to wish the other ones good luck and try to get home. In the beginning I rode my bike but stopped and walked when I came to the pavé and on the uphill. Then road the bike the last part home too. Nice thing with tubulars but strange feeling to ride without air in the front tire.

Not always good to have tubulars:

Call that the end of the season. But if I should be positive I now can change for a lighter Tufo XC2 tire and will save 69g

Good thing with tubulars is that you can ride with it flat, bad thing with tubular is that you can’t put in a tube. This is my first puncture with tubulars that couldn’t be fixed with stans or vittoria pit stop.
