First e-mail went in spam, after talking to a guy who knows the owner I sent a new e-mail and got an answer. Then I answered and asked about price and some other things. Then I haven’t heard a thing That’s the ”service” I have got from Carbonschmiede.

R2-bike seems to have got better service and now have probably the lightest pulleys in stock:

-2°, sunshine and Linea and Petter as guide it was set up to be a perfect training session today. And it was, started with going to Åsane and pick up two more cyclists that rode with us for an hour and a half. Rode to Skjelanger and looked at the cold sea:

On the way back with met two other cyclist that had been a bit too late too the meeting place. Rode with us back to Frekhaug where we stopped at the gas station for some coffee and energy. A ice coffee and the new thing, Lefser later and I had some energy in my body. Enough to get home Petter said and he had right. At home we had to take a lap around Sandviken so I could get a nice record. As my longest training before is 4h40min something I hit that today with 21min. 5h1min 148 in average heart rate. As a winter ride should be. More pictures on petterbel.blogspot.com later I hope.

Trained two times in november, the last time a to short ride as I punctured my tubular tire and Vittoria Pit Stop didn’t work. And then have had some problems with my butt but today I was back on the bike.

Met up with Petter, Linea, John and Anna Lisa and then rolled a long lap around Ulriken. Some degree + but not many and was rainy as always. But good mood and good company (and perfect fenders) made it good. Not so much rain and just boring weather in Arna:

And then we got sun at the end. Rode too early so the water was very cold and in the end it was pretty cold for my hands and feets. But why care when we came closer to Bergen and the weather looked like this:

Home again after 2h46min effective time and a average heart rate at 144. Not so high but my legs aren’t that good either, felt really slow. Impressive by Anna Lisa today too, rode with a road bike in this shitty weather. Pictures from Petter’s blog, read it if you understand swedish.
