Sad day for Norway but good day for Sweden and perfect day for France. Womens XCO at the Olympic Games in London today. Gunn-Rita Dahle Flesjå that hole Norway hoped for crashed on first lap and then after a puncture she abandoned the race. A race like a normal world cup in a way. Annie Last in the front in the beginning but fading. The women who didn’t fade today was Julie Bresset! She showed that she has been preparing well and dominated the race with a great victory in the end 🙂 Will she now tell Julien Absalon how to do tomorrow so France win the hole XCO?
For Sweden with Alexandra Engen a friend said 15th, I hoped for top 10 as I know she rides well at important races. But so good as she rode today I never would have thought. 6th!

Looked at it as much as I could on my phone as I was working. After work I was heading out on my CX in the sun. Really nice weather this weekend 🙂 Tried some add-ons for my CXcourse as you can see here in lap 2: Map&Graph And some photos showing the green between the mountains:
1,9km course at the moment. What do you think? On the way home, felt a bit tired after work so not so much training but passed Nordnesparken to check it out. Not so big but good oceanview
