Finally it happens. Campagnolo showes their Tech Lab prototype brakes for Lotto-Soudal, Astana and Sarto to use in the spring classics 🙂 Both post mount and flat mount:

And both mechanical and EPS:

Looking better than I thought and if you want to know more you can read about them and see more pictures here: Bikerumor

The groupset came to Specialized Concept Store Stockholm today. Here is both levers, front and rear derailleur with batteries on a scale. It’s really nice, simple to set up and it got feedback like Campagnolo EPS, but without wires and thumbbuttons. Check my Instagram for a short video: Insta

And if you want to watch a more beautiful video Dires Devenyns is in one showing the bad Belgian roads in a way that at least makes me want to ride them all over agan 😉

Rotors new hydraulic groupset

Everyone should have their own groupset and set their own standards. That’s the new style in cycling. First we had Campagnolo and Shimano, then came Sram. Three good brands with many good parts. Also Mavic was in there for a very short while.

Acros bought the hydraulic mtbgears A-Ge but even when it feels super it hasn’t been so big as it’s really expensive. At Tour de France FSA showed their electronic groupset on some great cyclists bikes.

Now it’s time for a new groupset. Rotor has developed a hydraulic road groupset together with Magura:

It’s said to be developed under 6 years but it seems like it was shown for the first time yesterday. They kept it very secret.
